FINSPHERE is not the lender or capital provider. It does not itself provide the financing. Any financing is provided by, and is subject to the assessment, due diligence, approval, documentation and terms of, the relevant bank, NBFC, private-credit provider or other institutional capital provider.

Submitting an opportunity does not guarantee financing. Each opportunity is subject to eligibility, assessment, structuring and final approval by the relevant capital provider. Financing quantum, tenor, security, pricing and structure are determined case by case.

Financing availability depends on transaction quality and documentation, and is subject to assessment by eligible institutional capital providers.
